Delivery, payment and privacy

Delivery

We deliver free to every city and region in Saudi Arabia within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. After you order, our delivery rider contacts you to confirm your order and address.

Payment

Pay in cash on delivery. We never ask for payment in advance, and all prices include 15% VAT.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

Privacy

We use your name, mobile number and address only to deliver your order and contact you about it. We never sell your data. We may use ad measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel to improve our ads.
